Chris Brown face legal issues following a party held in his Los Angeles home in 2017. A woman accused the singer of pushing drugs on his female guests before engaging in sexual activity with them.

Jane Doe claimed she was held in the room, whose entrance was blocked by a couch, and forced to stay despite her refusal to partake in the interaction. Soon after, she was allegedly raped by one of Brown's friends.

The singer has already denied all allegations named in the rape case and now, his associate is doing the same. According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Lowell Grissom has officially responded to the accusations stating that the sexual intercourse he had with the plaintiff was completely consensual. As such, he claims there was no wrongdoing on his part.

The documents state that the unnamed plaintiff consented to all of the acts listed in the 2018 lawsuit filed by Gloria Alfred. Grissom is demanding the dismissal of the entire suit. His motion also stipulates that the alleged victim should pay his legal fees.

Chris Brown was also detained during his last trip to Paris in 2018 when two women claimed to have experienced sexual violence. He denied the allegations and the charges were swiftly dropped.
